Customer service and communication was excellent - I knew what was happening each step of the way through simple reminders/updates. The best thing though was how beautiful the dress was! I'm super fussy with clothing and this fit was perfect for my body shape. I got lots of compliments on the night, I felt great!

I was looking to hire a dress for a corporate gala dinner which was interstate. I needed the dress to be delivered by a certain date to take with me on my flight. I explained my situation to the customer service officer and to my delight I received the dress days early! Upon seeing the dress close up, I could tell it was amazing quality with such beautiful detailing that I didn't notice in the online photos. I rented this dress a couple of weeks ago when the dress I had originally ordered wasn't returned in time and I had to make a new choice. I ordered a 16 because having lost a bit of weight I wasn't sure if the 14 would fit. The dress arrived on time and in perfect condition. The 16 was a great fit; the pattern wasn't stretched (although there is quite a bit of stretch in the fabric) and although a little long on my 165cm height, heels were an easy enough fix for that issue. I wore light-weight shapewear underneath because I found that my everyday underwear created a few lumps and bumps. I was able to wear my normal everyday bra which made for a comfortable experience. I did not find the sequins scratchy at all. Had lots of lovely compliments on the night and I can't wait to have another event I can hire a dress for!

This dress was my second option but my first didn't fit. It looked great on & I received a lot of compliments about it. Some slight scratching from the sequin but nothing too bad. Hire process was so easy. I'll be using this service again for sure.

I got this as a back up dress, I am 6ft tall and it was really long perfect to the ground at the back ... the problem I had was the waist sat too high up on me . And it was a lot of fabric at the front making me feel frumpy . The back was Devine and fit everywhere else perfect ...
