- How will I know if my electronic gift card has been delivered?
- Your gift will be emailed to the recipient on the scheduled date and time. If they do not receive this please have them check their spam folder. Our CS team is also happy to assist if needed.
- How does my GlamCorner Membership gift card work?
- Your gifted GC Membership will be valid for the gifted time frame (1,3, or 6 months) for the given plan. If you decide to not renew your plan, please contact us 3-5 days prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month.
- Do I get charged if my recipient continues her membership past the gift card dates?
- No, the recipient puts in her own card details upon set up and continues her membership on her card once the gift card dates expire unless she cancels her membership.
- What happens when my gifted month(s) end?
- Your account will automatically renew your membership with the card provided when setting up the account. If you decide not to continue membership please advise our team 3-5 days ahead of your billing date to avoid being charged. All items must be returned to finalise cancellation.
- Do gift cards expire?
- GC Gift Cards expire after 3 years.
- Are gift cards refundable?
- No.
- What is GC Membership?
- GC Membership is an exclusive service offering that provides near-unlimited access to GlamCornerās enormous designer wardrobe including work & everyday styles for a flat monthly membership fee. We like to think of it as your ultimate endless closet.
- How do I get started?
- Get started by selecting your plan and completing billing. After billing is complete you will be directed to complete a quick styling survey and then given access to build your first Box of 3 styles!
- How does billing work?
Your GC Membership automatically renews each month (from your sign-up date) and you will be charged on the same date every month to your selected payment method. You can cancel or pause your membership any time prior to the next billing cycle by contacting your dedicated stylist.
If you are eligible for any intro or limited time offers, please email premium@glamcorner.com.au and we will apply your discount as a refund to your account.
- What do I get for my $99/month membership fee?
As a GC Starter member in our $99 option you can try out the service with one Box per month. This means you can rent a Box of 3 designer pieces at a time. You can keep styles as long as you wish! You are eligible for 1-Box swap per billing cycle and we can upgrade you to our unlimited option at any time.
When you're ready to receive your next Box of 3 items, simply send all three of the pieces you currently have back to us by placing them in the prepaid return satchel provided in your GC Box. When your return is scanned back to us you will receive a notification and you will be able to pick your next Box in the store.
- What do I get for my $149/month membership fee?
As a GC Unlimited member in our $149 option you can rent a Box of 3 designer pieces at a time and swap your styles at any time. You can keep these items as long as you wish and swap them out on constant rotation!
When you're ready to receive your next Box of 3 items, simply send all three of the pieces you currently have back to us by placing them in the prepaid return satchel provided in your GC Box. When your return is scanned back to us you will receive a notification and you will be able to pick your next Box in the store.
- Which items can I rent with GC Membership
- Select from any styles in our GC Membership collection in our site. This includes playsuits, dresses, tops, bottoms, jackets, skirts, and more! We strive to provide you options for all your closet needs across workwear, everyday casual, vacation styles, and eventwear.
- How many Boxes can I order per month?
Depending on your membership we have different options to meet your needs! Below are the different plans:
$149.00 - Unlimited Boxes per month
This is our most popular option and you are allowed to order as many Boxes as you would like per month as long as the previous Box has been returned. Each Box has a limit of 3 items and you can pick and choose from a large range of tops, pants, skirts, jackets, dresses and more!
$99.00 - 1 Box per month
This option allows you to sample our membership collection with one Box a month containing 3 items. You may swap anytime however please note you are only eligible for one Box to be shipped within the month so we would recommend waiting for your anniversary date to book a new Box!
- Can I cancel my GC Membership?
- Yes, you can cancel any time prior to the next billing cycle by contacting your dedicated stylist. Please note all styles must be returned to confirm cancellation. Please note that due to limited available membership slots and high demand for this service, a cancellation of your membership will reset all of your previous history and you may not be able to sign up again straight away.
- Can I arrange partial returns?
- Unfortunately no, we cannot process partial returns at this stage. If you are not happy with any of the items in your Box you will have to send back all 3 to swap the unwanted item out.
- Can my friends and family also join GC Membership?
- We have an amazing refer a friend/family deal where you can give $20 and get $20. All you need to do is email your dedicated stylist with your friend's email, have her sign up and you both get $20 cash back!
