What is GC Membership?
GC Membership Plans is an exclusive service offering that provides access to GlamCorner’s designer wardrobe including work & everyday styles for a flat monthly membership fee.
Build your Membership plan suited to your lifestyle. You can select from 2-6 items per month on any of the below plans:

How long can I keep the items?
Your Box must be returned a month after your order has been confirmed. Please refer to the date you've signed up to GC Membership. You can find this under GC Membership tab on the top right corner of your Account.
Don't worry, we'll also send you notifications to update you on when your next payment is and when you need to send back your Box.
How does billing work?
Your GC Membership automatically renews each month (from your sign-up date) and you will be charged on the same date every month to your selected payment method. You can Cancel or Pause your membership any time prior to the next billing cycle by using the Contact Us Form here.
Do you handle exchanges?
We are happy to offer complimentary exchanges on any items that aren't perfect for you in your Box if you contact us within 48-hours of your parcel being delivered.
If it's outside the 48-hour period, it will cost $15 per unit to exchange an item.

How do I send back my items?
Upon your Return Date, simply place all the items into the prepaid return satchel provided and drop it at your nearest Post Office or yellow Express Postal box.
Once your Box has been successfully scanned by Australia Post, please allow up to 2 hours for the Return parcel scan to reflect in your account before you can build your next Box.
Can I switch my Membership plan?
Our Memberships are designed to suit our customers needs as their lives evolve.
We offer the following options when it comes to switching your Membership:
- Upgrade from the next billing cycle (We strongly recommend doing this early on your billing date in order to get the most out of your GC Membership)
- Downgrade from your next billing cycle
Simply submit your enquiry on the Contact Us Form to amend your Membership Plan.
If you are on the previous Starter/Unlimited Plan;
Please get in contact with us here under Membership and Select Upgrade from Starter/Unlimited and our team will get in contact with you on amending your Membership Plan.
What happens if I lose or damage an item?
Damaged an item
We provide a free $100 accidental damage insurance to allow for any minor mishaps. In the rare scenario that the repair cost is over $100, we'll ask you to pay the difference. For example, if the repair cost is $150, we'll ask you to reimburse us with $50.
Lost an item
We know that this is a rare and unfortunate event, and rest assured, we'll work out the best solution for you. In assessing the replaceable value, we will take into account: the demand of that dress in the market and the availability to purchase that dress in the market.

Can I keep an item for my next Box?
We cannot offer partial returns at this stage.

Each Plan gives you access to different brands and styles including playsuits, dresses, tops, bottoms, jackets, skirts and more! We strive to provide you with options for all your closet needs across workwear, everyday casual, vacation styles, and eventwear.

Can I cancel my GC Membership?
Yes, you cancel any time prior to the next billing cycle by submitting your request here.
Please note, all styles must be returned to our warehouse before we can finalise the cancellation of your membership and cease collecting monthly payments.
Why can't I sign up to Starter or Unlimited Plan anymore?
As our customer base grew we were determined to make sure that growth didn't impact our ability to have the right products for all of our customers. So; we asked our members a whole host of questions and then built these plans based on their feedback. The starter and unlimited plans weren't specific to each customer, and therefore didn't allow us to proactively plan for each customer's needs. The new pricing plans enable us to manage our stock levels to make sure we have the items you want, when you want them.
