What are my delivery options?
You can either choose to receive your dress ASAP or book in advance.
How does your ‘book in advance’ option work?
You can book your dress up to 3 months in advance. If you select a ‘book in advance’ option, we recommend you select 1 – 2 days before your event to avoid any last-minute panics and to make sure everything’s perfect. Your dress will arrive at least one day prior to your selected date. We recommend you select our free standard delivery option at the check-out. Once your requested delivery date has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email.
How does your ‘ASAP’ delivery option work?
If you select to receive your dress ASAP, your designer dress will be delivered to you 1 – 4 days (except Western Australia, Tasmania and non-metropolitan regions) after the order has been dispatched.
If your order is placed before 11am (Sydney time), we will dispatch it on the same day, but if not, we will dispatch it the next working day.

Express Delivery and Sydney Metro Same Day Delivery Options are available at the check out.
Express Delivery is a guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post network. Please check here if your location is within the Express Post Next Business Day network. If your location is outside of the Express Post network, it will be delivered to you as fast as possible. For Express Post Service, the order MUST be placed before 3.00pm (Sydney time) if you wish to receive it the following business day.
Sydney Metro Same Day Delivery Option is available from 9am to 3pm (Sydney time) Monday through Friday, within 40km of Sydney CBD.
If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, then the order will be processed on the next business day
What if the designer dress doesn’t fit, or I simply don’t like it?
No problem! Simply fill out the return slip that is included in your delivery package, send your dress back via the prepaid return bag within 24 hours of signing for the delivery (with tags still intact), and we’ll send you out a new size, or offer a full refund if you don’t like the dress. If for some reason we don’t have an alternative size, we’ll happily issue a full refund. If you've selected the same-day delivery or express delivery option at the check-out, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.
Please be advised that if the tags are not intact, we’ll consider that the dress has been worn and we won’t be able to exchange or refund it.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your unworn, tagged dress; as well as your refund request, we will email a refund request confirmation within 5 working days. The refund process can take approximately 10 – 20 days depending on the individual processing time of your credit card. The processing time can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we have no control over this.
Do you offer 'Try On' options?
If you wish to try on a dress before your event, we offer an advance try on service for up to three dresses for just $30. If you wish to request this option, please send an email to our friendly customer service team email@example.com with the names and sizes of the dresses you're interested in. Once we confirm the availability of the requested dresses, we will then issue you a voucher code to offset the amount of the normal rental that is over $30. You can then process your order normally and enter the provided voucher code at the check-out page.
We also currently offer a free 24hr return policy with every rental order - our customers can try on a dress when it arrives and if it doesn't fit, you can send it right back and we'll send you an alternative size within 24 hours of receiving the original dress. If we don't have an alternative size, we will issue you a full refund. So hiring a dress a few days before your event should allow time in case it doesn't fit right away. Please be advised that if the tags are not intact, we'll consider that the dress has been worn and we won't be able to exchange or refund it.
Please note: Our Try-On option is a separate service from our rental service and therefore, the Try-On fee is separate and not claimable against the rental fee. Hence, any Try-On cost is in addition to the dress rental cost.
When do I have to return my 'Try on' dresses?
The dresses are required to be sent back to us within 24 hours of the signing for the delivery with all tags fully intact.
Do I have to pay for the delivery and return shipping?
No, our standard delivery and returns are completely free of charge.
